8/8/08

Well, I haven't posted much really nothing new and exciting going on. This weekend is our community festival (parade, craft show, good food, etc.). My 20 year class reunion is this weekend too!!! I cannot believe it. I don't feel that old. It doesn't even feel like I've been out of school that long. I'm anxious to see people I haven't seen in a long time. I'll give you an update Monday. I hope to get some scrapping done Sunday. My best friends are coming over to scrap too!! I can't wait I haven't seen them in so long. This summer is just flying by.

Everyone have a good weekend!

7/29-July

Wow, this month just flew by. I haven't posted in awhile. Nothing new to really say. Our dog Twitch was taken to the vet last Tuesday and had an xray of his leg. He had been limping and we were trying to figure out what was wrong with him. They thought he had bone cancer but we just got the results yesterday and he does not have bone cancer. WHEW. Still don't know why he was limping because he's not limping now???????

Anyways, for those scrappers reading my blog, remember my bi-annual retreat will be the weekend of 9/5. If you need a registration form let me know. It will be at Wesley Woods again.

Other than that, no news is good news. Have a great Tuesday everyone!

My favorite layout

I was recently in a swap for Sports Layouts and this is one that I received. It is so adorable. I absolutely love it. This came from Yvette Saylor, a CTMH consultant. Thanks Yvette.

TAGGGED

So 2 of my cyber friends blog tagged me so here it is:

Where was I 10 years ago-sitting here at the same company (Baillie) working shipping and receiving. Married with one child at that time.

5 things on Today's to do list: cook supper, go to the post office, mark yard sale stuff, get to bed early, and put my feet up and relax!!!! (not in that order of course)

Snacks I enjoy: Salt n vinegar chips, barbeque chips, salsa and chips, dips and chips. Did I mention I like chips?

Things I would do if I was a Millionare: Get out of debt then take an extended vacation to wherever I want to.

Places I've lived: same town all my life!

So if you feel like playing leave a comment and I'll check your blog.

As you can see I figured out how to post a picture but I don't have my camera card to download anymore so you'll have to wait till later for those!!

Our dog

Monday again!

So here it is Monday again and I didn't get a chance to put any pictures on here. I need to stay off the computer chatting with others (you know who you are) and quit playing online games!!! That is my biggest time waster but I just can't seem to stop.

This week will be busy again. I am having a yard sale on Saturday so I need to get everything marked and ready to go. My son went through all his clothes and pulled out everything he doesn't wear, is too small, or doesn't want. I can't get my daughter motivated to do that.

So with that going on I'm not sure if I'll get any pictures on here or not. I will try and post some of the reunion pictures. Speaking of which, we had wonderful weather and a good time was had by all (at least I think so-I didn't hear any complaining). Lots of good food and it was great to see everyone. It seems like that is the only time we get to see each other as life is so busy and we're all pulled in so many different directions.

I got a chance to scrap and stamp yesterday since a rain storm decided to come through. It felt good to use my stash of stuff that I haven't touched in awhile. I also got to use my new Bella's. These are adorable stamp sets. If you haven't seen them yet check out www.stampingbella.com.

Hope everyone has a good Monday!!!

Hectic Lives

So I won't be posting any pictures till this weekend. We are busy cleaning out our garage for our family reunion tomorrow. Lots of things to do outside. Thanks to those who have started to view it (Lea)!!. I hope to get my blog site out to family members soon so they can keep up with our hectic life.

Have a good weekend!
